Charlie designs delicious 4-6 course menus themed around cuisines, moments in history and even nostalgia. Including tongue in cheek plays on dishes to educate and intrigue diners.
You can choose from a variety of themed menus or we will help you create your own tailored menu to your taste before booking. 48 Hours before the event we will contact you to see if there are any last minute changes. We will contact you again when we are on our way to your event. If you could leave out the plates you wish us to use and set the table with cutlery and glasses as you please, this would be helpful. We will arrive 1 hour before the scheduled eating time to set up, after service we will clean the kitchen leaving no trace and leave you to enjoy the rest of the time with your guests full and happy!

We will arrive 2 Hours before the scheduled service time, set up any special equipment we have brought with us, front of house staff will be provided to serve your guests, as well as any crockery you require. After service we will clear away, storing any leftovers for you to enjoy, clean up and leave you to enjoy the rest of the party!
